I was not sastified with my last oil change at all. The tech. didn't put my bottom cover back on properly. and when I stop to get gas it fell off. I was OMW to North Carolina about to get on the highway when this happen Thank God🙏🏾 I stop at a Auto shop and some one there was nice enough to put it back on the right way and didn't even charge me..

My mom went to get oil change at this location where my stepdad has taken the car for at least 2 yrs! We encountered a woman name Carol Miller from the moment she walked up to the car her attitude was very rude and nasty! There was a issue with the hood latch which has been that way the whole time they have serviced her car but she turned my mom away for the 2nd time in a year! When my mom asked for some one else to speak to she told us in a very nasty tone "It don't make a difference it's gonna be the same thing we aren't doing it"! We left before things escalated but my mom was so upset that she went back and guess what THE NICE MAN SERVICED HER CAR APOLOGIZED FOR THE BEHAVIOR while Carol walked inside giving us the most dirtiest look! We watch her walk to another car and greet the calcausin lady in a welcoming tone nothing like what she gave my mom terrible service

Receiving services here is straight to the point and I'm always in and out. Employees are nice and have no problem answering questions when I have them. Since moving to Akron this is the only place I go for oil changes. Highly recommend

Very professional had me in and out quickly also they made sure to explain the process and which oil change would be best for my car which was a + because I know nothing about cars lol but I will DEFINITELY only be getting maintenance done here from now on ☺️

Did a great job on my vehicle! Very quick service. I was probably on site for about 15 minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot. I was worried about my tire pressure but that was corrected before I could ask about it. Definitely returning.
